Licensing

Nancy Matthews Stock Photography site has been designed for easy browsing by selecting the categories and subcategories for each subject. Our stock images are displayed and a larger image can be viewed by clicking on the thumbnail. Our growing collection of images can also be found by the search box and targeted keywords.

The lightbox is your workspace. You can add up to 100 images to view as you narrow your choices. If you wish to license an image from your lightbox please click on the contact us button.

Before a rate quote can be offered, we need you to provide us with the following information:
specific use for the design (magazine, greeting card, calendar, puzzle, brochure etc.)
image size needed
industry (advertising, paper products, publishing etc.)
distribution (local, national, international)
circulation numbers
duration of rights (time image will be used)
start date/ end date

You are granted either an exclusive or non-exclusive license for a one time use only. Royalty free options are available by request.
We offer several image sizes:

• low 72dpi 500-600 kb jpeg
• medium 300 dpi 15-22 mb tiff
• high 300 dpi 48-95 mb tiff
  
• super high (most images can be scanned larger by request)
  

Image files can be delivered via FTP, a download link or CD/DVD

These images are copyrighted and protected by law and shall remain the exclusive property of Nancy Matthews Stock Photography.
Use of these images without contacting us and agreeing to our usage terms, is copyright infringement. Failure to make payment when due shall automatically terminate your usage rights.
